McKinley Returns to the Capitol Theatre!
It has been a couple of COVID-filled years since students have performed at the Capitol Theatre, but on December 7 the Mavericks were back on the big stage for our Winter Concert!

Winter Festival STEAM+ Night
Franklin Middle School's first Winter Festival STEAM+ night was a hit! We had 298 Franklin family members that came together on December 13th to join in on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) plus-based activities.

Zaepfel Stadium will host state track and field championships
The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association's 1A, 1B and 2B state track meet will move to Yakima and Zaepfel Stadium in May.
