  • Former Davis High School Band Students Win Drum Corps International World Championship

    On Saturday, August 13, two former Davis High School band students, Eli Gomez (class of 2019) and Kolby Arnold (class of 2020), won the Drum Corps International (DCI) World Championship with the Blue Devils.
     

     
    The Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps is a World Class competitive junior drum and bugle corps based in Concord, California. This is the highest honor you can earn in a marching band and each of them beat out hundreds of others to earn their spot in that group. Congratulations, Eli and Kolby!

  • Kinder Transition Program Bring Smiles to Barge-Lincoln Kinder Learners

    Barge-Lincoln Elementary wraps up a fun learning experience during their Kinder Transition Program (KTP). KTP is a week where our Kinder Learners meet their teachers, learn school routines, safety plans and get familiar with the building.

     A total of 48 Kinder Learners attended the program. Teachers were able to build relationships with both students and families during this week and are excited about the start of the new school year!

  • Barge-Lincoln beautifies campus with Champions Centre!

    Barge-Lincoln and The Champions Centre partnered to uplift the front playground.  The faith-based partner sent a group of volunteers on Tuesday, August 9th to spend a few hours together painting some areas of the front playground.  Thank you, Champions Centre.
